As we are an online company and do not have a retail shop, all correspondence is communicated via email. If you have a question regarding an order that has already been placed you can always send an email to email@example.com and we will get back to you promptly.
While our online shop is never closed we typically only process proofs, print orders & reply to emails during the following times:
Studio Hours • M-Sun • 9:00am -11:00pm pacific time.

All inquires on orders already in process will be replied to on the same day.
We design proofs in the same manner in which they are shown on the website (i.e. same fonts, same colors, etc). If a design is shown in all lower case or all upper case and you would like it to be changed just send a message during checkout. In some cases we can change colors (boy, girl, etc) and fonts but please contact us before ordering if you want color and/or font changes to make sure we can accommodate your request.
Orders are never printed without approval. You will receive an email with your proof. Most proofs are sent within 1 business day and most orders are shipped within 3 business days after approval, but lead times may be as long as 2 business days on proofs and 5 business days to print orders during our busier seasons.
To be fair to all of our customers, we only process proofs in the order in which payments have been received in. We do not offer proofs of designs prior to orders being placed.
Once orders have been approved they are immediately prepped for print and no further changes can be made.
As all printing is done in house, we can rush your order! We charge a one time nominal fee per transaction, regardless of how many items and quantities you are purchasing. To rush your order, simply let us know.
Like proofs, we print jobs in the order in which approvals have been received in. As all printing is done in house, most orders ship out within 3 business days or less. During our busier seasons orders may take up to 5 business days to print.
We currently only ship to the US.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted. It is imperative that you double check your proof for accuracy prior to it going to print. We are not responsible for any customer errors (i.e. entering the wrong date, phone number, etc. on the order form). In the event a customer mistake has been found after the order has gone to print, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will reprint your design at 50% of the original cost. If a mistake has been made on our part, we will correct the mistake at OUR cost.
Colors may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product as all monitors display color differently. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
All information is kept confidential and will never be given or sold to a third party.
All payments are processed through a secure sever by Paypal. Please note you do not have to have a Paypal account to pay. When you get to the Paypal payment screen you can just choose the credit card option and pay by Visa or MasterCard.
